Well, we survived another Open House on Sunday. I don't think I want to do any more of those. Knowing someone is coming for a showing and cleaning/preparing for it is more mentally acceptable, than cleaning/preparing for an Open House when NO ONE could show up!
Joe has to leave his current ATL housing at the end of the month, and God blessed him with another willing couple with an extra room!
The ATL house was being appraised yesterday, so we are awaiting the bank's counteroffer.
