If I have the information correctly from Joe, our realtor talked with the realtor/bank for the house, and they are having the house appraised in the next 7 days, then they will make a counter offer in the 7 days following. So, we may know more this month.
In the meantime, baseball season is underway! Thomas' team won their season opener on Friday. They played again tonight, but had to postpone due to lightning and then the rain. They'll continue the game tomorrow. He's happy he gets to keep playing with his team until we move.
